Dispatch
Orders placed on a business day before 12pm AEST are usually packed and sent the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out the next business day. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is with the carrier.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your parcel is with the carrier, the timeframe is in their hands — but if something looks wrong, tell us and we will chase it with you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will re-send it once you cover the return and re-delivery postage.
Customs and import charges
International orders may attract customs duties, taxes or import fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the customer.
